Tripply is a free public beta. Plans are a starting point, not a guarantee. Weather, road and trail conditions, closures, prices, opening hours and availability can change without notice. AI suggestions may be inaccurate. Verify details with official sources before departure and during your trip, follow local guidance, and adjust your plans when conditions change.

You can create a packing checklist without an account. An account lets you save trips. We store your username, salted password hash and trips you choose to save in our database. Avoid including sensitive personal details in prompts.

Trip prompts are processed by a language model on the operator’s own computer, not sent to a third-party AI service. Unsaved AI jobs expire from the server queue after about 15 minutes and are removed during subsequent API activity. Saved trips and accounts remain until removed by the operator. Server logs and backups may retain records longer.

Essential cookies maintain your session and protect forms. We retain contact messages, their sender name and email, and hashed IP addresses for abuse prevention. Standard webserver logs may also contain IP addresses and request details. No advertising or affiliate tracking is enabled.

Use Contact us to request access to or deletion of your account data. We will need to verify ownership before acting. Automated password recovery is not available yet.

AI generation is limited to six requests per IP address each hour and 60 across the service. People sharing a connection share the IP allowance. Availability depends on the local AI helper being online. Do not submit abusive content or attempt to bypass limits.

To improve Tripply, we record page views, daily pseudonymous browser-session identifiers, selected camping/meal/duration preferences, planner completion and timing, saves and checklist actions. We do not copy full prompts, origins, travel dates or account names into analytics. Destination phrases are included only if you choose the sharing checkbox; use a city or region, not an address. Feedback comments are voluntary. Analytics and feedback records are removed after 90 days during subsequent analytics activity. Backups may retain data longer. Known bots, signed-in administrators and browsers sending Do Not Track are excluded. Counts are approximate and no third-party analytics service receives this information.

There are no purchases or subscriptions enabled. The proposed trip pack is only a preview of a future feature.
